Roam and I caught up with Shepard this week, prepping for this Saturday’s album cover art show opening in Santa Monica. Shepard’s had a long history of creating album covers for up-and-coming underground artists to the greatest hits box sets of classic Rock bands as well his own imprint, OBEY Records.
