GUILLERMO DEL TORO: AT HOME WITH MONSTERS

This past Saturday, my wife got my lazy ass out of bed and wanted to do something productive. I normally like to sleep in, play with my pups and have a bud light or two or ten ha! So we decided to head over to LACMA and check out the exhibit. I guess I am a member now at LACMA, so we were lucky enough to be some of the firsts to have a look at this dudes crazy collection which actually comes from his home he calls ” Bleak House” .

Califaztlan Love

This last weekend I was invited to enjoy the amazing ceremony held by various indigenous families upholding their Aztec roots dancing to celebrate their families, their bright future, and the year of the rabbit. GETTY

Luscious green trees, textured stone steps and huge glass doors surrounded my peripheral vision. Echoing voices, and Tourists with crew neck sweaters tied around waists were seen from miles away. A few weeks ago I finally visited the Getty Center in L.A. The visual stimulation was worth the drive, with numerous buildings filled with priceless Art.

PARIS PART 3

Finally it was not dumping rain on us today and we made some good progress working on the 3rd mural which I’ll post up after this once we finish tomorrow. Heres a good look at the past few days working on the Delicate Balance mural and since we had to deal with so much rain and delays, we for once actually got to do some touristy stuff and checked out the Louvre. OBEY IN PARIS Part -1

Myself, Shepard and the OBEY GIANT crew jump on the jet and now are in Paris. I’m going to get right to it and attempt to be somewhat of a photo journalist and post up our travel as it goes. I haven’t really slept in 34 hours, so please bare with my verbiage. The last time I was in Paris was with Shepard in 2009 and it was two days of non stop action and barely remember it, but luckily I have all my photos to act as my memory.
