Julia Gorton is an artist and photographer currently living in New York. She documented the punk scene in New York during the 70’s and 80’s. Her beautiful work is a gimps into the scene at that time – as an insider. She had a talk at Untitled bar in Dalston and the next day did a split show with Ollie Murphy at the Doomed Gallery in Dalston.Read more

DAMAGED On view until Dec 17th
“My current exhibition, aptly titled #DAMAGED, is by far my most ambitious show to date. I feel by challenging our country’s current political climate, I can inspire people to look at an issue they might otherwise ignore or reject. DAMAGED is on view Wednesday-Sunday from 11am-6pm at Library Street Collective (1650 Naud Street) in Los Angeles. Thanks Jonathan Furlong and Elsewhere Studios for the video and OBEY Clothing for continuing to help me share my message.” – Shepard FaireyRead more

Featuring never-before-seen paintings, installations, sculptures, rare stencils and live printing provided by Aardvard Press, DAMAGED focused on themes of the current state of politics, human rights, the environmental crisis and more. OBEY ARTIST SERIES FEATURING RAVI ZUPA
“I’m proud to announce the upcoming release of Ravi Amar Zupa’s “Love Thy Enemy” letterpress and his guest artist series for OBEY Clothing. Ravi Zupa is a rare find as an artist, with an astounding command of a broad range of techniques and aesthetics. Ravi demonstrates mastery in a renaissance painting style, collage, printmaking, and drawing. The rich fusion of techniques in his work could be presumed to be appropriation, but it is not… all of the elements are rendered by Ravi.Read more
